About the Are Cookies Enabled? Test
Can't sign in or keep items in a shopping cart? Blocked cookies are a common cause. This test sets a short-lived cookie, reads it back and deletes it immediately, giving a definitive answer rather than relying on the browser's self-reported flag.
How to use it
- Open the page to run the test.
- If cookies are blocked, allow them for the sites you trust.
Good to know
- The test cookie lives for at most 60 seconds and is deleted immediately after reading.
- Third-party cookie support cannot be reliably tested from one site.
