About the YAML to JSON Converter
Convert configuration files to JSON for APIs, validators and code. Multi-document YAML (separated by ---) becomes a JSON array; anchors and aliases are resolved. Syntax errors such as bad indentation are reported with a description.
How to use it
- Paste YAML or open a .yml file.
- Choose formatting.
- Copy or download the JSON.
Good to know
- Alias expansion is limited to prevent “billion laughs” memory attacks.
- YAML-specific types such as timestamps become strings or dates per the YAML 1.2 core schema.
